Our manufacturing facility has been designed to achieve maximum efficiency without compromising the fact we meet and exceed stringent industry standards.

We are proud of the fact that we uphold strict quality control over every aspect of our production system. We monitor our facilities from receipt of raw material, through the production cycle, to the despatch of the finished article.

Our stringent quality processes have enabled us to be awarded the ISO9002 standard; a standard we maintain vigorously.

We are a member of MAA (Midland Aerospace Alliance), A/D/S SC21 Bronze award winners in 2010, 2011 and 2012 and AEC Award winner in 2011 and 2012.

We have been audited in accordance with the requirements of SBAC ASCS TS 157 Issue 5. We've also been approved by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance to the following Quality Management System Standards:

The Quality Management System applies to the manufacture of precision machined components for the aerospace industry, including associated painting, alocroming and kitting of parts.
